Tickistan operates this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. Please read it carefully. By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information.

What We Collect

We deliberately collect as little as possible. We only ask for what we need to get a watch to your door.

• Order details — your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, delivery address, city, and any notes you add to your order. An email address is optional; we only ask for it so we can send you order updates.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, on WhatsApp, or by email to support@tickistan.com.
• Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, if you choose to join our email list.
• Basic technical information — our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

What We Do Not Collect

This matters, so we will be explicit about it.

• We never collect card or bank details. All orders are cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your watch arrives. We do not operate a payment gateway and we have no way to receive, store or see your card, debit card or bank account information. Anyone asking you for card details in our name is not us.
• We do not use advertising trackers. There are no advertising pixels or advertising cookies on this site, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
• We do not track you individually. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Vercel Analytics) that counts page views and measures how quickly pages load. It sets no cookies and does not identify or follow individual visitors — we only ever see totals, such as how many people viewed a watch.
• We do not ask customers to create an account, so we hold no customer usernames or passwords.

Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics sets no cookies at all. The site stores two things in your own browser, on your device, to make it usable: the contents of your shopping cart, and whether you prefer the compact or roomy product grid. This information never leaves your browser and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it and empties your cart.

Cookies are used only on the private /admin area, to keep store staff signed in. Those cookies are never set for customers.

How We Use Your Information

• To confirm, pack, and deliver your order, and to hand the delivery address to our courier.
• To contact you about your order — normally on WhatsApp, using the number you gave us at checkout.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To handle returns, refunds, and warranty or quality complaints.
• To send occasional news and offers, if you joined our email list. You can leave at any time.
• To keep the store working, prevent fraudulent or abusive orders, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with the services we need to run the store, and only what each one needs:

• Courier and delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order and collect payment.
• Vercel — hosts this website, keeps standard server logs, and provides the cookieless page-view analytics described above.
• Supabase — stores our order records, messages and product catalogue in a secured database.
• Zoho Mail — delivers the order notifications and any email we exchange with you.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — carries the messages between you and us when you contact us or confirm an order there. Those messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

International Transfers

Tickistan operates from Pakistan. The providers listed above may store or process data on servers outside Pakistan, including in India, Europe and the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected wherever it is handled.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept while we deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

Order records are held in a database that is not publicly readable: access is restricted to authorised Tickistan staff signed in to our private admin area, and the site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but because we hold no payment details, the information at risk is limited to your contact and delivery details.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong, such as a delivery address;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it; or
• stop sending you marketing email — every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can simply reply to ask.

Children

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the store changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
